In this beautiful month of March, we are overwhelmed with some great news, including the launch of the New iPad with retina display, the introduction of a new member of iLife family, "iPhoto", major update on iMovie 1.3, and of course, not to forget our main character today, the all new "Garageband"!!!!
Calling it an "All-New" is not mere exaggeration, as it's truely one of the best updates we have ever received! One the major highlight of this update would be on the amazing "Jam Session" feature. Now you can gather your iOS gang and have a cool jam session to play or record music live! All you need to do is just connect 4 iOS devices through bluetooth and start jamming right away!
Another new addon feature in this update would be the inclusion of two NEW instruments, the "Smart Bass" and "Smart Strings", completing the collection of instruments in our Garageband. We now can have fun with string instruments like violin and cello, enhanced with some stunning autoplay presets!
For new iOS users, this app is a must try to unleash the true power of your iOS gadgets; while for existing users, this update, although huge (801MB) due to the new retina display, is still a worthy update to enjoy a more awesome music making experience!
