A Message to Apple

Dear Apple,

One of "The Best" features of the new iOS5, Wireless sync, seems not to be as fantastic as it was advertised. Apple is always known for its ease of use, seamless connectivity between devices, and stability of both forms and functions. But this time, in this latest iOS, it seems to be making a lot of mistakes, especially when it comes to the features that Apple claimed as the most notable and significant ones. For example, the notification feature is not as efficient as advertised, and the updates are somehow inconsistent. Battery life is still an issue even after Apple delivered their iOS 5.0.1. And when it comes to Wireless sync, the experience get worse. While it was claimed to be able to change how people sync their iOS devices without plugging in their devices into the PC or Mac, the feature doesn't really work, even after I've tried countless of time, digging into forums and discussions on related issues, and Apple support communities. I wouldn't say that I'm an IT expert, but I can at least be categorized as a power user who spend more 10 hours in front of my gadgets every single day. So, think about it, if even a power user (who knows what he's doing and has considerable experience with computers) like me have problem with "wifi sync", a feature that's supposed to be made for all iOS users, what will happen to those novice users? Today, I stumbled upon a post on MacRumors and saw some of the helpful folks coming out with suggested solutions to the wifi sync problem. But, too bad, it still doesn't work for me. Yet, thanks for all the suggestion. May god bless your kind soul.

Apple has to work harder to retain its reputation and product quality. Fame and glory won't stay long if errors and flaws keep emerging. Even your most loyalty followers will turn away from you if you don't maintain the quality of your workmanship (in all aspects, including hardware and software). So, all the bright minds of Apple, do something! Stop making people think that you guys can't survive without Steve, because I know you can!
